Our unique 3-day workshop is a combination of an inspiring business lesson and yoga to positively recharge your batteries for action. Ania Lakomy, a neuroscience researcher, will also speak. A large dose of knowledge ready to apply on the first day after returning from the workshop awaits you!


Calm and relax with yoga

Something for the body and mind, or yoga classes. You will relax, release tension from your body and calm down. As leaders, we are constantly exposed to stress and difficult situations. Yoga will allow you to catch your spiritual balance and regenerate yourself. Recharge yourself with good energy!

Where will we meet?

The workshop will be held at the Narvill Conference & Spa Hotel, located among the greenery on the banks of the Narew River in Serock. It is only 40 minutes from the center of Warsaw. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and take care of your development in a beautiful, relaxing environment. Take a break from everyday life and focus on yourself as a leader!

Andrzej Jacaszek, DBA

Vice president and managing director of ICAN Institute

Vice President and Managing Director of ICAN Institute, co-founder of the MIT Sloan Management Review Poland and ICAN Management Review magazines - titles that are shaping new generations of leaders and executives. In 2004-2005 he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of Poland in the government of Prime Minister Marek Belka. Since March 2004, he has been a lecturer and business trainer at ICAN Institute. Among other things, he specializes in issues of strategic management, sales and marketing processes, and leadership models that work in a dynamic market environment.

He gained business experience as a top executive of many companies. He worked for, among others: Medicover Holding BV as Group Director of Sales and Marketing, Norwich Union as country manager of life and pension operations Poland, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Norwich Union SA as President of the Board of Directors, TUiR Warta SA as Vice President of the Board of Directors, Agros Holding SA as Group Director of Sales and Marketing, and for B.P.S. Consultants Poland Sp. z o.o. as President of the Board of Directors.

He completed a Master of Business Administration at the Carlson School of Management and a Doctor of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences. "

Philosopher and futurologist

She is a philosopher and futurologist, one of Poland's most recognized specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. In addition, she holds the position of pro-rector and lectures at Kozminski University. She is the author of research conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Anna Connor-Łakomy

Anna Connor-Łakomy

Consultant, Trainer and Researcher specializing in neuroscience,

She works on the basis of self-aware, authentic leadership, supports in the development and building of effective, diverse teams, and ensures results through precise deep diagnosis, increased awareness and communication. One of the few certified Neurocolor consultants in Europe. She works in the brain-based coaching method certified by the Neuroleadership Institute. She is also a certified Scrum Master and Assessor.

Sociologist, graduate of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences and PR and Marketing at the University of Warsaw, and a fellow at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She is a PhD candidate at the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in identity studies and social neuroscience.

    • Internal: your self-awareness, who are you to yourself in the role you fill, how do you direct yourself? How do you understand yourself, how do you direct yourself as an MSC leader?

  • Power as an attribute of a leader to achieve personal, organizational, social and other goals.
  • Personal and situational dimensions of a leader's power. How to make decisions under dilemma conditions? Criteria for decision-making in a situation of choosing between what is good and what is right.
  • The relational and positional dimensions of leader power. How to use relationships to build and strengthen positional power.
  • The dynamic dimension of power - practical advice for women leaders in a diverse socio-cultural environment.
