Izabela Stachurska, an international expert in leadership and conflict resolution and a consultant with ICAN Institute, will help you understand how to approach conflict in a way that enriches both the team and the organization.

Krzysztof Wielicki

One of the world's most prominent Himalayists

The fifth man on Earth to conquer the Crown of the Himalayas. He climbed three of them - Mount Everest, Kanchendzonga and Lhotse - in winter, the first ever to do so. The style in which he conquered the eight-thousanders covered him with international fame. On Broad Peak he "ran up" solo and was the first person to conquer an eight-thousander in 24 hours. On Lhotse he stood alone on New Year's Eve in an orthopedic corset. He summited Dhaulagiri in 16 hours; on Shisha Pangma he climbed alone, setting up new routes.

After 2000, he began leading winter expeditions, including Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak. In 2018, he led a national expedition that made another attempt to climb K2 in winter. He is the only Pole to be awarded the Lowell Thomas Award by the Explorers Club, which is given for special achievements in the field of exploration.

Izabela Stachurska

Izabela Stachurska

International consultant and leadership trainer, ICAN Institute expert

She is passionate about supporting leaders in the fight against self-limiting barriers and unleashing their authenticity, potential and courage to realize their vision. As a consultant, leadership coach and manager with 27 years of experience, she leads coaching and corporate projects for executives. She is an ambassador of The Leadership Circle® in Poland and co-leads The Leadership Circle® certifications for leaders and coaches from different countries and cultures.

Experienced manager in the areas of strategy development, institution development, establishment of institution management systems and processes, marketing, communications, project management, knowledge management. Associated with The British Council for many years, she also gained experience working at the Consulate General of Great Britain/UK Trade and Investment in New York.

Andrzej Jacaszek

Andrzej Jacaszek, DBA

Managing director and vice president of ICAN Institute

He has spent most of his 20-plus year career at high levels of management in sales and marketing divisions.He specializes in sales force recruitment and the relationship between sales and marketing, among other areas. Since 2004 he has been a lecturer and business trainer at ICAN Institute. Among other things, he specializes in strategic management issues, sales and marketing processes, and leadership models that work in a dynamic market environment.

From 2004 to 2005, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland. In 2016, he was elected vice president of Employers of Poland for the second time, where he is responsible for the areas of training and science and business. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management and a Doctor of Business Administration from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
