Co-leader of the Decision Support initiative (www.wsparciedecyzji.pl) , PhD in economic sciences - research and teaching employee of the Poznań University of Economics, for 17 years trainer, HR expert and consultant in the field of human resource management, organization of HR functions, organization and management methods and leadership. He has conducted more than 2,500 hours of training, workshops, coaching sessions and provided business advice to dozens of companies in various industries.

He is the co-founder and manager of the elite trainer-manager postgraduate program "Master of Business Training", conducted at the Poznań University of Economics. He gained practical experience, on the basis of which he solves business problems of clients, by holding managerial and management positions (among others. as president of the board of directors, member of the board of directors, managing director, member of the supervisory board) in companies operating in both manufacturing and service industries. He was a co-author of training programs implemented as part of nationwide projects financed by the EU. In the process of implementing consulting and training projects, he combines practical experience with the latest trends and results of scientific research, which he conducts at the Poznań University of Economics. He is the author of the monograph entitled. "Personnel function in an enterprise. Current trends and prospects for development", as well as more than 40 other publications in the field of management published in professional journals and scientific publications at home and abroad.
