From 2016 to 2019, he served as Program Coordinator at Google for Startups Campus for the Campus Residency accelerator program for startups at the product-market fit stage. He built and managed 3 editions of this program. Designed and implemented the new Campus Mentoring Program Campus Mentoring Program. Managed a community of 140 mentors, organized more than 120 mentoring sessions between more than 100 startup founders and more than 60 experts from Google and the startup ecosystem. Developed and managed educational programs for startups.

Conducted over 200 hours of training during more than 50 training sessions for more than 500 participants as a Trainer and Group Workshop Facilitator.

He is a graduate of Management at Jagiellonian University and Automation and Robotics at the AGH University of Science and Technology with a specialization in Neurocybernetics.

He conducts team-building workshops for Polish VC funds to build trust and improve cooperation within the team, and strategic planning workshops to define vision, strategy and implement the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) goal-setting system.

To his credit, he has 190 takeoffs and landings and 20 hours spent in the air as a Glider Pilot and has been a Yacht Sailor since 1999.
