Your responsibilities
Planning and implementing digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Analyzing your work in terms of KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV, CRO, etc.
PPC cost budget management.
Testing creatives, headlines, target groups - and drawing conclusions.
Reporting what you did and what results it produced.
Create sales funnels that work.
Create an email automation path for campaigns.
Analyze the competition and market for online marketing.
Support SEO activities, including collaboration on optimizing content and site structure
Work with the creative team, copy, IT and product managers.
Scaling up campaigns that deliver results - with no mercy for what doesn't work.
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Linkedin Ads performance marketing - or working in an advertising agency.
Practical knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
Familiarity with GA4 (conversion and attribution tracking), GTM, Pixel, Meta Business Manager.
A practical approach to A/B testing and analytics.
Communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
Mentality: "done is better than perfect - but tested is best".
Good work organization, planning skills and punctuality
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
