Oguz A. Acar is a Professor of Marketing & Innovation at King's Business School, King's College London. He is also a Research Affiliate at the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard University and an Expert at the World Economic Forum. Jacek Smigiel

Since 2005, he has provided training in assistance, diagnosis and therapy for people with developmental disorders. Wojciech Gaura

Wojciech has many years of experience in the IT industry. He has been working in Salesforce for 6 years. Currently, as MC Solution Engineer, he builds and presents customized solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Kamila Pruk-Piotrowska

She began her career as an advisor at King Sturge (now JLL) and Cushman & Wakefield. Then she was responsible for leasing & capital deployment at Prologis for 9 years. She also built a career as Director of Development at 7R where she was responsible for new site search, acquisition, pre-development, development and transaction preparation. She returned to Prologis in the fall of 2022 to, as Capital Deployment Director, be responsible for the implementation of the company's land management policy and expansion in this area. She is a graduate of the University of Lodz and Warsaw University of Technology.

Magdalena Gwiaździńska

Magdalena Gwiaździńska has been involved in the IT industry for more than twenty years. She currently holds the position of sales director of Modern Work solutions at Microsoft Poland. In line with Microsoft's mission, she helps each company realize its potential by providing cloud solutions that meet its current and future needs. She began her career in 1999, and has held various positions in the marketing and sales departments of several Polish IT companies. For the past 10 years, she has worked at Microsoft Poland. She holds a master's degree in marketing and management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Marek Kich

For more than 12 years I have been learning two things: how to be a successful entrepreneur and how to make good e-Commerce. I started out as a programmer, then led implementation projects myself. Today, as CEO of Satisfly, I help my clients overcome barriers to e-commerce sales. I co-created B2B/B2C e-Commerce platforms for brands such as Briju, Clarena, and Volcano. Robert Chojnacki

A graduate of the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. He started his career as a technologist to later become a team leader. Since 2010, he has led the organization, responsible for development projects including transformation and creation of production units. Radoslaw Tokarski

Radoslaw Tokarski has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry. At Jabra (part of the GN Audio group), a company he has been with for 4 years, he is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies for B2B audio and video solutions in the CEE region. He is responsible for building relationships with the company's key customers and partners, as well as launching new products and solutions. His daily routine also includes professional business training related to the modern approach to video conferencing in the era of the new normal and the hybrid work era. He was previously associated with companies such as LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics Poland and Komputronik S.A. He studied law and administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Privately passionate about spending active time with his son, not only surrounded by technology.

Marcin Dudek

Marcin Dudek has been involved in logistics for 13 years. For the past 10 years he has been developing DTW Logistics' contract logistics and fulfillment department, deploying clients from various industries and designing logistics processes for more than 70 e-commerce stores. He currently manages DTW Logistics' two warehouse locations, concerting on automation, robotization and looking for the latest trends in e-commerce logistics.

Artur Powałka

Expert at achieving business goals with the help of advanced IT tools. He sees pictures where others see only single dots. He started his experience in the IT market in his own company to be tempted to join Microsoft after a few years. At Microsoft, he spent 10 years in the Microsoft Services organization, in various roles from Delivery through Sales. Then he was responsible for the Dynamics team selling business solutions (ERP and CRM), then he was in charge of partner channel development. For the past few years, he has been actively working with advanced data analytics solutions and AI applications in the data world. Last year he returned to his design roots and joined Clouds on Mars, where he is opening up the world of cloud analytics solutions to more clients.
