Dr. Witold Jankowski

Prof. George Westerman

Mr. François Candelon

François Candelon is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of BCG, which he joined in 1993. Throughout his career, he has worked in several European countries, leading BCG's Global Telecommunications Sector from 2008 to 2012, and then spent seven years in China working with advanced tech companies. Sam Ransbotham

Sam Ransbotham is a professor of analytics at Boston College, Carroll School of Management. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, an MBA and a PhD, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Krzysztof Folta

Krzysztof Folta founded TIM Sp. z o.o. in 1987 as a unit of socialized economy. In 1994 it was transformed into a joint stock company, and in 1998 it debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For many years it was a chain of electrical wholesalers, and since 2013 it has bet on a hybrid - it sells electrical goods online on TIM.pl, but with the support of a nationwide network of offices and sales representatives. This is a unique business model in the electrical engineering industry, which has brought the Company numerous awards. Today, TIM is a fully automated company, with more than 70% of its sales conducted in a digital model. Krzysztof Folta knows how important logistics are in online sales, which is why he founded his own logistics company - 3LP.

Piotr Markowicz

Dr. Iwo Zmyślony

Iwo has more than a dozen years of experience in innovation process management, client-centric service design and transformational consulting for change leaders in business and non-profit organizations. Leonard Kubanek

At Prologis, Leonard Kubanek is the leader and director of the Project Management department. He has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years and has experience at every stage of the investment process - he has worked on the side of the designer, general contractor, agent and developer. Michal Kwinta

Michal Kwinta has been with Mindspace since 2017, the beginning of the Polish branch of the network. Introducing Mindspace Koszyki to the Warsaw market, he took the position of Senior Community Manager. At the time, he was responsible for creating the company's local structure and team, managing Mindspace Koszyki and its expansion in 2019. Dr. Marek Dietl

He is chairman of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, economic advisor to the President of Poland and an adjunct professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. For 20 years he gained experience in strategic consulting and the venture capital industry. Jaroslaw Gracel

At ASTOR, he was responsible for technical aspects of implementing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), economic analysis of investments in automation and production management systems. She has been professionally involved in management and the technology industry for more than 20 years. She holds positions as a member of the Responsible Leadership Council at the Responsible Business Forum, the LeaderShe Association, the Professional Women Network association and the THINKTANK Expert Council. She was named a finalist in the 2014 International Women In Sales Awards in the Best Woman Sales Director category and the 7th edition of the Businesswoman of the Year competition. In 2016, she was recognized by the Innovative Economy Institute as one of the ten most influential women managing the Polish ICT sector. She is an active mentor in programs supporting the development of young managers, including the Vital Voices Foundation and the Women's Entrepreneurship Foundation, and co-author of the first studies for women in Europe - the Women's Leadership Academy at Kozminski University. She graduated from Jagiellonian University, APP at the Business School of Warsaw University of Technology and AMP at INSEAD.

Wojciech Orzech

During his career as a strategic advisor and manager, he worked on the supervisory boards and management boards of many companies. He is a graduate of the University of Gdansk with a degree in Economics. He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra and received a Certificate of Management Excellencee Harvard Business School in the USA.

Kuba Piwowar

He is a sociologist and analyst. At Google, he has been working with clients in Poland and Silicon Valley on digital transformation processes since 2008. He led the Insights Team, a team responsible for providing Polish businesses with knowledge about the digital consumer and trends in markets understood both vertically and horizontally. He is a member of the Polish Association of Market and Opinion Researchers. He holds a degree in Sociology from SWPS University, a postgraduate degree in Gender Studies from IBL PAN, a degree in Art History from Collegium Civitas and a degree in Marketing Academy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a doctoral student at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program at SWPS University, where he is studying the ethical and social aspects of data analysis, algorithms and artificial intelligence from a cultural studies perspective.

She is a philosopher and futurologist, one of Poland's most recognized specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. In addition, she holds the position of pro-rector and lectures at Kozminski University. She is the author of research conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Anna Strzeżyńska

Throughout her professional life, she has been involved in ICT (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Transport and Construction, Office of Electronic Communications, Center for Regulatory Studies, Wielkopolska Broadband Network, Internet for Mazovia, Ministry of Digitization, MC2 Innovations). She was Undersecretary of State for Communications at the Ministry of Transport and Construction from 2005-2006, President of the Office of Electronic Communications from 2006-2012, Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2012-2014, and President of the Board of Directors at Wielkopolska Sieć Szerokopasmowa SA from 2014-2015. In March 2015, she became CEO of Internet for Mazovia. In 2012-2015, she was a member of various advisory and expert bodies, including the Council for Digitization at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and the United Nations Global Compact Poland. Since 2013 she has served as an expert at the Republican Foundation, and since 2015 she has been a member of the council of the Center for Strategic Analysis. From 2015 to 2018, she was Minister of Digitization, Chairman of the Council of State Information Architecture and the Committee of the Council of Ministers on Digitization.

In 2008 she was honored with the Andrzej Bączkowski Award (awarded for fighting monopoly in the telecommunications market), and in 2010 she received the Bene Merito Badge of Honor (for glorifying Poland's name in the world) from the President of Poland. In 2012, she received the Mark Car Award, the highest honor in the IT sector awarded environmentally for achievements in the implementation of new technologies, with particular attention to the social effects of the awardee's activities. In 2017, CIONET Poland awarded the Digital Excellence Awards 2017 to the Minister of Digitization and his team for digital transformation. He is a lawyer by training.

Ewa Wernerowicz

He is a manager with many years of experience in international financial institutions and a fintech market expert. He has extensive knowledge in banking and technology in finance. She is vice president of Employers of Poland, where she is involved in fintech and cooperation between start-ups and corporations. She participated in the creation of new financial institutions in the Polish market, where she built operational structures from scratch. Among them Polbank EFG, Citifinancial and Vivus.pl. For five years he served as CEO of Maflow, a global automotive company with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the Americas, employing more than 4,500 people. Thanks to the new development policy, the company rebuilt a strong position on the market and met the demands of customers, as evidenced by a number of awards from companies such as VW, Audi, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover. For the successful restructuring, Piotr Wisniewski was awarded the TOP Manager of the automotive industry.
