Christian Catalini is an associate professor of technological innovation, entrepreneurship and strategic management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Christian's main areas of interest are the economics of digitization, entrepreneurship and science. His research focuses on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, the economics of equity crowdfunding and startup development, and the economics of scientific collaboration. Christian is one of the principal investigators of the MIT Digital Currencies Research Study, which gave all MIT undergraduate students access to Bitcoin in fall 2014. He is also a member of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy and the recently launched Digital Currency Initiative. Gerald C. (Jerry) Kane is a professor of information systems and faculty director of the Edmund H. Shea, Jr. Center for Entrepreneurship at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He researches and teaches about how companies can understand and respond to digital disruption for undergraduate, graduate and executive students around the world; he has published more than 100 articles, papers and reports on these topics. He is the lead author of two books, The Technology Fallacy: How People are the Real Key to Digital Transformation and The Transformation Myth: Leading Your Organization Through Uncertain Times, published by MIT Press.

Piotr has 17 years of experience in the implementation of projects in the high-tech sector. He currently heads the work of the Digital Poland Foundation, which identifies digitization as an element in building the competitive advantage of the Polish economy. Piotr has practical experience in digital transformation, business process modeling, strategic consulting or ICT solution design. At the same time he has up-to-date knowledge of such issues as AI, RPA, big data, cloud computing, IoT or 5G. Piotr previously worked for EY, Cyfrowy Polsat, Plus, Orange Polska, Shell Polska. Manager with 20 years of experience in designing and implementing new technologies and business models in the commercial space market: shopping centers, offices, restaurants, factories and warehouses. For the past 8 years, she has specialized in building user experiences based on lighting technologies. She is a creator of new design concepts and promoter of the Design Thinking approach in the CEE region, whose starting point is the expectations and needs of the end customer and their direct involvement in the creative process.

From 2017 to 2020, he served as Director of the Payment Systems and Electronic Banking Team at the Polish Bank Association. Between 2007 and 2017, as Managing Director at Bank Pekao S.A., he was responsible for the Retail Customer Department and the Marketing and Product Development Department. He played a key role in the merger of Pekao S.A. and Bank BPH S.A. banks. He managed projects as part of the exchange of know-how in the Unicredit Group. He was also responsible for the implementation of the PeoPay application. From 1992 to 2007, he worked at Bank BPH S.A., where he served as Bank Director from 1998. From 2001, he worked as Managing Director in the Operations Area, and from 2003. - Managing Director in the Retail Product Development Area. Nell Przybylska. Journalist with many years of experience. Currently responsible for the strategy and communication of the Digital Poland Foundation. She gained her journalistic experience working, among others, in Teleexpres and Panorama TVP. Her fascination with economic topics comes from her work at TVN CNBC. Since 2013, she has been associated with the Onet-RASP Group. While working in the editorial department of Onet Biznes, she hosted, among other things, an original program on personal finance. She also cooperated with Forbes.pl. She graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She also studied at Moscow State Linguistic University. She completed postgraduate studies in Financial System and Monetary Policy at the Polish Academy of Sciences and the National Bank of Poland. Her interest in the topics of modern technology, AI and 5G is the result of her work at the Digital Poland Foundation.

David Robertson is a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he teaches product development and digital product management. Prior to MIT, Robertson was a professor of practice at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and from 2002 to 2010 he was the LEGO Professor of Innovation and Technology Management at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Robertson has also held several management positions at enterprise software companies and spent five years at McKinsey & Company in the United States and Sweden. Robertson is the author of the award-winning book about the impending bankruptcy and spectacular rebuilding of LEGO: Brick by Brick: How LEGO Rewrote the Rules of Innovation and Conquered the Global Toy Industry (Crown, 2013). His most recent book is The Power of Little Ideas: A Low-Risk, High-Reward Approach to Innovation, published by Harvard Business School Press in May 2017. Steven Spear is a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Engineering Systems Division at MIT. Spear is a recognized expert in managing complex development, design and delivery efforts in selected organizations to achieve the best internal metrics, widespread improvement and innovation. His work explores how the resulting leadership in reliability, agility, cost, quality and safety provides a sustainable competitive advantage even in the face of intense competition. Prior to MIT, Sloan worked for the investment bank Prudential-Bache, the US Congress Office of Technology Assessment and the University of Tokyo, and taught at Harvard Business School for six years. As a consultant and advisor, Spear actively works with organizations to develop their capacity for rapid, sustained improvement and innovation. He played an integral role in the development of the Alcoa Business System, which is credited with saving Alcoa hundreds of millions of dollars in its annual report, and the Pittsburgh Regional Healthcare Initiative's Perfecting Patient Care system, which helped improve the quality and safety of care at area hospitals. His clients include organizations such as Lockheed Martin, John Deere, Intel, Intuit, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He has been a consultant to the MacArthur Foundation and is working with Toyota on supplier development. A senior lecturer at MIT Sloan and in the Engineering Systems Division, Spear teaches a course on dynamic organizations in the Leaders for Global Operations program and in several executive programs. Itay Talgam is an orchestra conductor turned "people conductor" - whether in government, academia, business, education, therapy - wherever it is desirable to create human harmony through cooperation. He teaches leadership at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and universities, as well as at conferences around the world, including TED, Google Zeitgeist and the World Economic Forum in Davos. Itay's speeches, based on continuous dialogue, have been experienced directly or online by millions of participants and viewers. His first book, "The Ignorant Maestro," was published in May 2015 by Portfolio / Penguin. Itay sees himself as a student of his great teacher, Leonard Bernstein. His international debut as a conductor took place in 1987, when he was selected and presented by Maestro Bernstein in a special concert, when he conducted the Orchestre de Paris, with Bernstein himself supervising the second half of the same concert. Since that highly successful performance, Talgam has conducted many orchestras in Europe, being the first Israeli conductor to perform with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra and the Leipzig Opera. He has also conducted and recorded with all of Israel's major orchestras, including the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

Dr. Anna Topol is CTO at IBM Research responsible for strategic research partnerships. She is an appointed IBM Distinguished Engineer, IBM Master Inventor with 89 patents and a leader in the IBM Academy of Technology. In these leadership roles, she is known worldwide for her ability to create and deliver winning resources and solutions for various industries. She is also an author of technical articles (over 100 technical publications, three book chapters and over 5100 citations). She has a wealth of experience stemming from 19 years in IBM Research and IBM Business Alliance teams, working with IBM clients, business partners, software vendors and universities. Previously, she held positions as Chief Operating Officer of IBM Research THINK Lab and CTO of Industry in IBM Systems Group responsible for technical support in cloud, analytics, security and technical computing. She has leadership roles in strategic industry initiatives, intellectual property management, R&D and development of CMOS core technologies.

Charles Vaillant serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer at MANN + HUMMEL, where he is responsible for new technology, corporate venture capital (CVC), digital ventures, Big Data analytics and digital transformation. He joined MANN + HUMMEL in 1997 and has held various positions in the areas of program management, product engineering, strategy, M&A and corporate development. In 2015, Charles founded start-up i2m LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, to accelerate the commercialization of MANN + HUMMEL's new technologies in clean air, clean water, energy and life sciences. In 2016, he created the MANN + HUMMEL IoT Lab (Internet of Things) in Singapore to accelerate the digitization of filtration products. Later in 2016, Charles launched MANN + HUMMEL Corporate Ventures, an initiative to make strategic investments in technology start-ups, with a focus on Silicon Valley. As a result, his team launched the first IoT solution for remote air filter monitoring and maintenance in 2018. Also in 2018. Charles implemented the company's InCube program, which is a one-of-a-kind intrapreneurship program that enables M+H employees to work in Silicon Valley to create and launch new digital business ventures. A computer engineer by training, he graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology and holds an MBA from Franklin University. An experienced manager, he has been involved in the IT industry for two decades, and with Hicron for almost 9 years. In the past, within the company's structure, he held positions responsible for developing systems in non-SAP and mobile technologies. Currently, as Head of Delivery, he is responsible for providing services in the area of creating, installing and configuring IT systems for enterprises, as well as for increasing efficiency by developing the competence of the department's employees and applying process and tool innovation. In his career, he has managed both projects and IT products in large corporations and start-ups. The diverse experience he has gathered over the years allows him to move freely in the areas of web-based and cloud-based enterprise IT systems and integrated SAP systems.
