Wojciech Pantkowski

Vice President of the Management Board of KIR responsible for the Internet Services and Sales Area. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Director of the Payment Systems and Electronic Banking Team at the Polish Bank Association. Between 2007 and 2017, as Managing Director at Bank Pekao S.A., he was responsible for the Retail Customer Department and the Marketing and Product Development Department. He played a key role in the merger of Pekao S.A. and Bank BPH S.A. banks. He managed projects as part of the exchange of know-how in the Unicredit Group. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Direct Banking Center and the Card Center, and a member of the Supervisory Boards of the Credit Information Bureau and VISA Polish Executive Board. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.

Lukasz Kielczewski

I have been involved in the logistics industry for more than 20 years - mainly in the handling of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and general merchandise. To date, I have gained experience at various levels - from managing warehouse operations, to business development, to customer relationship management. Andrzej Jacaszek, DBA

Vice President and Managing Director of ICAN Institute, co-founder of the MIT Sloan Management Review Poland and ICAN Management Review magazines - titles that shape new generations of leaders and executives. In 2004-2005 he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of Poland in the government of Prime Minister Marek Belka. Since March 2004, he has been a lecturer and business trainer at ICAN Institute. Michael Schrage

Digital Fellow at MIT Sloan School's Initiative on the Digital Economy. Michael Schrage's research, writing and advisory work explores the 'behavioral economics' of models, experiments and metrics as media and mechanisms for transforming how organizations create and cultivate customer lifetime value. He's pioneered and introduced 'promptathons' as tools for empowering enterprises to better understand and cost-effectively embrace generative/predictive AI capabilities. Dr. Marcin Piatkowski is Professor of Economics at Kozminski University in Warsaw, the highest ranked business school in Central and Eastern Europe, and a Program Leader at the World Bank in New Delhi. Prior to that, he was Chief Economist and Managing Director of PKO BP, the largest bank in Poland, economist in the European Department of the IMF and Advisor to IMF's Executive Director. He also served as Advisor to Poland's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. He holds a Ph.D. and habilitation in Economics from Kozminski University and an M.A. in Finance and Banking summa cum laude from the Warsaw School of Economics.
