Your responsibilities
📌 Running event projects - from idea to execution: stationary, online and hybrid. You need to plan and organize it well.
📌 Co-create promotional and sales campaigns - together with the marketing and sales team.
📌 Nurturing the success of events - measured by attendance, quality and experience of participants.
📌 Coordinate cooperation with partners and suppliers - having support of Knowledge Management (expert) and implementation teams.
📌 Cooperation with world-class experts - both from Poland and abroad. Your role is also to professionally communicate and organize their presence at events.
📌 Support editorial and promotional activities - working closely with the editorial board of MIT Sloan Management Review Poland.
📌 Bringing in new ideas and initiatives - this is where your creativity and courage really counts.
Our requirements
✅You have a statement in leading complex projects - of any nature, but with real responsibility and completed successfully. If you have organized events, that's great!
✅ You can plan, organize and operate under pressure - events happen live, but it's easier to catch a rhythm in a team.
✅ You have a lot of independence, but also like to work as a team - you won't work alone. We work together and deliver together.
✅ You want to grow fast - this position is a springboard.
✅ Are you looking for a dynamic environment and ambitious people - do you like pace and responsibility? You'll be right at home.
✅ You are fluent in English - a prerequisite. Some of our speakers and partners are international experts.
