Specialist/ Junior Specialist
Your responsibilities
Making telephone calls to individual and business customers to present offers and sell products and services.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers.
Provide support to customers and answer their questions.
Conducting e-mail correspondence with customers, acquiring new orders.
Informing customers about current promotions and offers.
Strive to achieve set sales and quality goals.
Regular reporting of work results in the CRM system.
Ensuring high quality customer service and a positive corporate image.
Our requirements
Experience in working with customers, ability to establish contacts and build long-term positive business relationships.
Familiarity with the CRM system and the ability to use it effectively in daily operations.
Easy to connect with customers, open to new challenges and focused on building relationships based on trust.
The ability to set one's own goals and effectively organize one's own work, both in teamwork and individual activities.
Ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows free communication.
