He obtained the title of certified auditor in 2003. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ElektroEko Organizacja Odzysku Sprzętu Elektrycznego i Elektronicznego SA and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Zelmer S.A. From 2010 to 2014, he was president of CECED Poland - the European Association of Domestic Appliances Manufacturers. In 2017, he assumed this position again already in Applia, the association of employers and importers of household appliances in Poland. In 2015, he received the prestigious Wektor 2014 award of the Employers of the Republic of Poland, and in 2020 he was honored with the title of "Lodzer of the Year 2019" for his activities on behalf of the city. In addition, in 2020 he was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of Poland. He is an economist by education, a graduate of the University of Lodz. After graduation, he taught at the Accounting Department of the University of Lodz, at business schools and at the Association of Accountants in Poland. He is co-author of the Polish-German-English Dictionary of Accounting and Banking.
