She supports male and female leaders to effectively manage themselves and their people based on the human centered leadership model. For almost 10 years she supported key management processes after the strategic investor (Daewoo) took over the Passenger Car Factory (FSO). In 2003, she became co-founder and CEO of a Warsaw-based coffee shop chain, which she ran for 15 years, responsible for all business processes, including staff recruitment and training, company finances, product development, marketing strategy, among others. In 2016, her adventure in business coaching began.
