Your responsibilities
📌 Managing a team of 6-10 Strategic Account Managers - building the best sales team in the industry.
📌 Recruiting and developing people - identifying talent and supporting them to achieve mastery in consulting sales.
📌 Ensuring the highest quality of sales - our SAMs are advisors, not classic salespeople. Your role is to support them in building value for customers.
📌 Execute budgets and ensure profitability of projects - responsible for the results of the entire team.
📌 Co-creation and sales of large projects - development academies and programs for managers and employees of top companies.
Our requirements
✅ Consulting sales leader - you understand the difference between selling strategic solutions and the classic sales model.
✅ Experienced manager - you have practice in managing teams selling B2B services to large companies.
✅ Mentor and recruiter of talent - you are able to see potential and support people in developing it.
✅ A person who talks freely at the board level - your people sell to top management, so you must be a role model for them.
