Your responsibilities

Carrying out matters related to the day-to-day operation of the board's secretariat
Organization and service of meetings
Comprehensive service and ensuring the smooth operation of the secretariat
Maintaining the Board's calendar, organizing and handling business and internal meetings
Monitoring the implementation of decisions taken by the board of directors
Implementation of current affairs and coordination of the circulation of documents and information
Preparation of draft letters, materials and information
Preparation and transmission of correspondence addressed to representatives of the Company's bodies, contractors and institutions
Independent execution of work and projects commissioned by management
Organization of business trips and their accounting
Ensuring the proper flow of information between management and the Company's organizational units, as well as coordinating tasks assigned by the CEO
Responsibility for correspondence and documentation
Keeping a record of contracts, business trips
Accounting for Board costs

Our requirements

Experience in a similar position
Good work organization, self-reliance and ability to work under time pressure
Ability to operate office equipment
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, online communication tools)
Communicative knowledge of English is welcome
High personal culture and interpersonal skills
Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
