Your responsibilities
Making appointments with customers
Conducting email correspondence
Supporting the sales departments in achieving our common goals
Telephone contact with potential customers to determine their needs and interest in the company's products
Our requirements
High level of communication skills
High personal culture
Good organization of working time
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Experience in telephone customer service
Confidence and impeccable diction
Friendly and welcoming attitude towards others
Patience and composure in dealing with the customer
Meticulous and reliable in carrying out assigned tasks
Minimum secondary education
